I am proud to announce the inaugural publication of the Notre Dame Historical Review.

The Review is an undergraduate history journal accepting papers focused on historical themes. Papers may have been written for non-history courses. We require that a submission be 10 to 35 pages in length (double-spaced), Times New Roman, 12-point font, with Chicago style citations. We would love to see papers that utilize both primary and secondary sources.

We have a rolling deadline of February 5, 2025. Due to space constraints, we encourage applicants to submit their work as soon as it is fit for publication. Earlier submissions will be given priority consideration. We hope to see your work in our inbox as soon as possible!
